AI governance, risk & compliance for SMEs
The problem
Small businesses are adopting AI tools faster than they can govern them. Most don't have a compliance team, so nobody is really tracking what data an AI tool touches or what happens if it gets something wrong.
What it does
A GRC platform that walks an SME through mapping its AI use, flagging the risky spots, and generating the policies it actually needs - without requiring a legal background to use it.
SME owners, operations managers, and the person who unofficially becomes "the compliance guy" at a company too small to hire one.
Where it's at
The MVP is in its final stretch, and I've been showing it to industry professionals to pressure-test whether it solves a real problem before pushing further.
What I'm learning
That regulation is only useful if someone who isn't a lawyer can follow it. A lot of this project has been translating dense rules into a checklist a busy business owner will actually complete.

AI tools for e-commerce businesses
The problem
E-commerce stores are expected to personalise, automate, and optimise constantly, but most don't have the headcount or the technical team to do it.
What it does
AI tools that plug into an existing store and quietly automate the parts of running it that eat the most time, without asking the merchant to rebuild their workflow around us.
E-commerce merchants who want the benefits of AI automation without hiring for it.
Where it's at
MVP ready, and I'm working with an investor to get it in front of real merchants.
What I'm learning
How fast 'nice to have' ideas get cut when an investor asks what actually moves revenue. Scope discipline has been the real lesson here, not the AI part.
